The partner solutions process is designed to allow partners to develop innovative Microsoft based solutions to be deployment within the Microsoft Innovation Centre Queensland.

The partner solutions process takes 9 steps and is outlined below. 

Step 1 - Complete the Innovation Centre Project Form -  MICQ Project Form v2.0.doc 

The Project Form is the first step in deploying a partner solution into the Innovation Centre.  It requires partners to describe the proposed projects in both business value and technical terms.  The project form also contains requirements of physical and software resources needed to deploy the proof of concept.  

Step 2 - Check for Innovation Centre Bookings - calendar.aspx

To view the current availability of the Innovation Centre reference the booking calendar

Step 3 - Email Innovation Centre Manager (b-martyg@microsoft.com)

Attach the completed Innovation Centre Project Form in an email to the Innovation Centre Manager (b-martyg@microsoft.com) with the preferred booking time.

Step 4 - Partner Meeting with Innovation Centre Manager

Meeting to review the Project Form and to clarify any questions regarding deployment and resources required.  The meeting is aimed at producing a smooth deployment of partner solutions.

Step 5 - Report to Microsoft Reception

On the day of the project development/project deployment report to the Microsoft Reception located Level 9 Waterfront Place, 1 Eagle St Brisbane, QLD 4000 to obtain access cards and Innovation Centre domain account details.

Step 6 - Develop/Deploy solution

Either develop or deploy the innovation solution based on the Innovation Centre Project Guideline contained in the Project Form under Appendix A.

Step 7 - Return Innovation Centre access cards

On completion of the project return the Innovation Centre access cards to the Innovation Centre Manager

Step 8 - Develop Report/Case Study

To showcase the innovation contained within the solution partners are required to develop a proof of concept report/ case study about the solution indicating the business value of the solutions, possible applications and the Microsoft and third party technologies used to create the solution.

Step 9 - Develop Partner Plaque

As a token of appreciation all partner companies that develop solutions with an accompanying case study will have a partner branded plaque erected in the innovation centre.
